Program Development Analyst at Multi Service, Overland Park, KS

Multi Service Corporation, a global transaction management company, specializing in billing and payment solutions, is looking for an ideal individual for our Program Development Analyst position in the Private Label department.  The Program Development Analyst is a vital member of the Program Development team, and reports to the Supervisor, Program Development. The role of the Program Development Analyst is to help bolster program growth across all Private Label programs, and to support the process of securing additional Private Label programs. A successful individual will become deeply familiar with all of the industries we serve within Private Label, as well as each of our existing clients. In addition to fostering relationships with prospects, client contacts and end users, the successful Program Development Analyst will establish relationships internally with other departments in the organization and existing and potential strategic partners.

 

Below are the responsibilities of the Program Development Analyst:

  • Program Development
    • Meet with program end users (via conference call, WebEx or in person) regularly to enhance MSC’s understanding of end user needs and pain points
    • Leverage key information from visits with end users to identify and drive GUESS-level and program-specific enhancements
    • Facilitate information-gathering from end users in the form of end user surveys, advisory panels and shadowing opportunities
    • Work with Program Development teammates to push program expansion efforts (new industries and/or territories within existing programs)
    • Maintain cross-program fleet tracker and Transport Topics Top 100 Relationship listing
  • Business Development
    • Support the efforts of the Business Development Manager through:
      • Industry general and prospect-specific research, including developing an understanding of Multi Service’s competitors
      • Proposal creation and review
      • Presentation development and review
      • Participation in sales meetings
    • Pursue and manage relationships with potential industry strategic partners (fleet management companies, related software providers, etc.)
  • Marketing
    • Proactively identify opportunities for, and coordinate creation and distribution of, press releases (both program-specific and division-wide) and white papers (as applicable)
    • Coordinate Private Label participation in and attend industry trade shows
    • Coordinate creation of collateral pieces (Private Label general and program-specific, as needed)
  • General
    • Master and maintain a vast knowledge of all of the industries we serve within Private Label
    • Master and maintain a vast knowledge of clients’ competitive landscapes
    • Develop presentations as needed (for end user training, conferences, internal updates, etc.)
    • Cultivate relationships within key customer organizations (Penske, Budget, etc.) for the purposes of collecting end user feedback and prospecting for new business opportunities
    • Represent Multi Service within professional industry organizations (TMC, for example), participating on task forces and attending meetings as appropriate
    • Represent Multi Service professionally and appropriately in all situations
    • Up to 15% travel (trips typically do not exceed 1-2 nights)

  • Prior sales and/or marketing experience strongly preferred
