DESCRIPTION:
The overall objective of the General Manager will lead initiatives for new revenue streams for capital equipment aftermarket services used in the manufacture of electronic components. This is a very strategic position with a strong business development component. The General Manager will lead a team of sales professionals who provide aftermarket support to domestic clients. Responsibilities will include overall growth of the department, identifying and recommending ancillary products for inclusion in the aftermarket parts product line, management of personnel, budget and goal setting responsibilities. This position is a senior level management position with potential for further career expansion.
Candidates must have management experience with P & L responsibility in an aftermarket services sales position selling to any capital equipment user is a must to be considered for this position. Ability to demonstrate a track record of increasing sales and developing new revenue streams will be mandatory as well as the ability to see the day to day picture and the long term projection.
